At Million Hair Extensions we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of out products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds, or believe your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

To be eligible for a review, the hair must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Uninstalled
• In its original packaging with tags intact

If you request is approved, we may offer an exchange or store credit. refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
